Obituary of Sabina Donaruma

Sabina Donaruma, age 97 of Frenchtown, NJ, died Friday, November 11, 2011 at her home with her family by her side. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Dominic and Agnes Bellezza. Sabina lived in Middletown, NJ for 56 years before moving to Frenchtown 6 years ago. Sabina was blessed by God and blessed by the Holy Trinity to have lived such a beautiful life. She was able to see most of her great grandchildren grow to adulthood. She was extremely loved by her family and her friends at the McDonalds in Middletown where she worked until the age of 91. The children at McDonalds always looked forward to seeing Sabina. She taught her children to trust in God and she herself always put God first in her life. She was predeceased by her husband, Sebastiano L. Donaruma who died in 1989. She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Eastmond of Frenchtown and her son, Benedict Donaruma of Hillsborough, NJ. She is also survived by her sister, Lorraine Bellezza of Mays Landing, NJ and her 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great- grandchild. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 376 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Hwy., 28, Whitehouse NJ 08888. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Church Cemetery.
