Obituary of Glenn H. Beagle

Glenn Herman Beagle Glenn Herman Beagle, of Tewksbury Township, N.J., died December 17 at the age of 88. Glenn served in both the European and Pacific Theaters of World War II and was married in 1947 to Kathryn Dreyer in Monroe, Michigan. Glenn worked in the graphic arts business and was executive vice president of L.P. Thebault Company when he retired. During retirement he served his community by starting a recycling program, serving as zoning officer, and umpiring high school baseball games. He was an active member of Zion Lutheran Church. Glenn is survived by his wife, Kathryn; three children: Susan Beagle, Barbara McElhaney, and Glenn Andrew Beagle; two sisters: Marilyn Boyd and Phyllis Schultz; three grandsons: Michael McElhaney, Jonathan McElhaney, and Andrew Beagle; and six great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church on December 31 at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Zion Lutheran Church of Oldwick Endowment Fund. Burial was private in the New Germantown Cemetery, Oldwick. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Kearns Funeral Home, Whitehouse.
