Obituary of Manch Hendershot
Manch Hendershot, age 84, of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died Monday, March 19, 2012 at his home.
Born in Glendon, PA he was the son of the late Manch and Mary Hendershot. Manch lived most of his life in Whitehouse Station.
He was a farmer by trade and worked for both the Lichti Brother's Farm in Oldwick and Island Stock Farm in Whitehouse Station.
Manch was predeceased by his wife, Jennie Mae Hendershot who died in 1981.
He is survived by his three sons, Harvey Hendershot and his wife, April, of Mt. Bethel, PA, Thomas Hendershot and his wife, Joyce of Whitehouse Station, and George Hendershot and his wife, Judy of Annandale, and his daughter, Rose Hoffman and her husband, Rich of Lebanon, NJ. He is also survived by his brother, Edward of SC, two sisters, Eleanor Ruggini of Raritan, NJ and Ruth Nadeau of East Stroudsburg, PA as well as eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
Burial will be in Rural Hill Cemetery.
