Obituary of Ann S. Hall

Ann S. Hall, age 69 of Basking Ridge, NJ, died Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at her home. Born in Plainfield, NJ, she was the daughter of the late William and Isabella Scott. Ann had lived in Millington before moving to Basking Ridge 28 years ago. Ann's professional career was in education for over 27 years. She retired from Warren Middle School as a supplemental teacher in Special Education. Ann was an active member of the Liberty Corner Presbyterian Church, having served as a Trustee and Deacon. She was also a member of the Union County Hiking Club. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Peter Hall and her two sons, Alan Hall and his wife, Heather of Burke VA, and Ian Hall and his wife, Carrie of Trumbull, Ct. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, Aidan, Padraig, Grace, Finn and Jane. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Liberty Corner Presbyterian Church, 45 Church Street, Liberty Corner, NJ 07938. In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations to the Somerset Hills Hospice, 200 Mount Airy Road, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.
