Obituary of Marianne Barnes

Marianne Barnes, 58, of Swampscott, MA passed away May 16, 2012, surrounded by family. She was born in Newark, NJ to Mary "Eileen" Lammons and the late Edward Lammons Jr. She lived most of her life in Whitehouse Station, NJ. Marianne has worked at numerous Country Clubs over the years and was a member of the Country Club Managers Association of America. She enjoyed the beach and had a huge love for animals. Marianne is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Robert Rubino of Whitehouse Station, NJ; a son John Barnes the 3rd of Pattenburg, NJ; a sister and brother-in law, Patrice and Dave Waibel of Reading, PA; and a sister, Barbara Tom of Alpha, NJ. She is preceded in death by her brother, Edward Lammons the 3rd. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 to noon. A memorial service will begin at noon at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the American Cancer Society or the SPCA.
