Obituary of Lowell Quentin Sitler
Lowell Quentin Sitler, age 79 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died peacefully Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at his home.
Born in North Lima, Ohio, he was the son of the late Wilson and Edna Sitler
He was a Service Manager, employed by Halcyon V. W., Alpine V.W. and then Princeton VW until his retirement in 1992. He was a 50 year member of the St. Albans # 677 Free & Accepted Masons of Ohio and a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Pittstown, NJ.
Lowell was predeceased by his three sisters and one brother.
He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine Adele Sitler; his three daughters, Karla Wood and her husband, Frank of Midland, MI, Laurel Ducay and her husband, Earl of Poland, OH, Roma Papania and her husband, Dom of Dublin, OH; one stepson, Richard E. Frondorf II, one stepdaughter, Catherine A. Kagan; four grandchildren, three step-grandsons and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 98 Sky Manor Road, PO Box 348, Pittstown, NJ and/or Hunterdon Hospice, 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington NJ.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, June 8, 2012 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home Ltd, 103 Old Highway, Whitehouse, NJ 08888.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.
