Obituary of Margaret Lordi

Margaret Lordi, age 86 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died Monday, June 18, 2012 at the Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington, NJ. Born in Throop, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Susan (Falsetti) Mazzatta. She had lived in Edison before moving to Whitehouse Station, 35 years ago. Margaret was the head bookkeeper, for the Edison Bank for 15 years until her retirement in 1974. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station. She was predeceased by her husband, James E. Lordi, Sr. and her son, James E. Lordi, Jr. She is survived by her loving daughter, Jean Mooney and her husband, Mark of Three Bridges, and daughter-in-law, Patricia Lordi of Pennsylvania and her dear sister, Marion Marrone of Colonial, NJ. She is also survived by her 5 wonderful grandchildren, Lisa Stoddard, Jamie and Amanda Lordi and Danielle and Allison Mooney and her 6 precious great grandchildren, James, Madison, Ella, Ian, Payton and Christopher. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Whitehouse Station. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ. Entombment will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Bridgewater.
