Obituary of Dorothy Mae Woolever

Dorothy Mae Woolever, age 93 of Readington Township, died Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at the Bridgeway Care Center in Bridgewater.

Born in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late John and Violet Conover.

Dorothy was a resident of the Mirota Senior Center for 14 years before moving to Bridgeway Care Center a year ago.

She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station.  An avid reader, she enjoyed word games and crossword puzzles and was known for her love of animals.   Dorothy took great pride in her family and was never happier than when they were together.

She is survived by her son, John and his wife, Lorraine of Whitehouse Station, her daughter, Marianne Moore and her husband, Steve of Houston, Texas, her daughter, Luise Malloy and her husband, Brian of Chiang Mai, Thailand, and her four cherished grandchildren, Julia and Douglas Woolever, Emily Sergel and Liz Hartman.

A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ 08888.

Burial will be private.
