Obituary of Donald R Jumper

Donald R. Jumper, Jr, age 53 of Frenchtown, NJ, died Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, he was the son of Reta Jumper Romaco and the late Donald Jumper.

He had resided in Flemington before moving to Frenchtown two years ago.

Donald was raised in Readington Twp. and was a graduate of Hunterdon Central High School.  He loved to fish and spent many hours pursuing the sport at both Round Valley Reservoir and Spruce Run Reservoir.

He was predeceased by his sister, Mary Ann Tartaglia. 

He is survived by his mother, Reta and stepfather, John Romaco of Effort, PA; his life partner, Jean Ladd of Frenchtown; his son, Keith of Easton, PA; his daughter, Michelle Joseph and her husband, Josh of Easton, PA and his beloved grandson, Greyson Joseph.  He is also survived by two sisters, Debbie Knutsen of Norway and Polly Modrak of Effort, PA.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the American Legion Brown & Lynch Post 9, 2260 Corriere Road, Easton, PA  18045.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the Kearns Funeral Home in Whitehouse.
