Peter was my mom's cousin (his mom Peppina was one of her dad Frank's older sisters). They grew up together in The Bronx in the 1930s through 1950s. After that Peter and his wife Eileen moved to Flushing, Queens, and then in the 1990s to Bridgewater Township. I remember Peter as a very nice man with a lot of patience. I remember hearing interesting stories about him at St. Anthanasius Church and School in Hunts Point and about his Navy service during WW2. May he rest in peace with his wife, parents and all the other departed relatives.

Ed ( and to all of your family): I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I am also sorry that your mother passed away in 2014. I learned of your mother's passing when I went to church on All Souls Day because I lost Walter on Oct. 17, 2014 and was shocked when they read your mother's name. Walter had been sick for almost two years and during that time I had wanted to reach out to you and your mother to see how everyone was doing but unfortunately I was never able to find the time. Losing both parents is never easy and you will always be in my prayers. I remember the times that we worked in the Auditing Department at UNB and I always enjoyed the phone calls I had with your mother. I miss those calls that I had with her because she was always there for me and I really appreciated that. I hope you let you father drive the John Deere tractor. We only lasted five weeks at Beaver Brook and we came back to our house here in Whitehouse. I am still here and if you ever want to talk please know that I am here. Take care and be well during these trying times.

The D'Ambrosio family extends its deepest sympathies to the Digricoli family. It's a sad time, but 90 years is a pretty good life. Through the years we enjoyed visits, along with his brother, Vincent DiGricoli, who was always talking stock markets & financial issues.
We shall be present to support the family. JoAnn has and always seems to be doing the heavy lifting. We aim to be a comfort.
