Obituary of Irene E Anderson

Irene E. Anderson, 96, of Lebanon, passed away on May 20, 2018, at the Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington. Born on January 14, 1922 in Newark, NJ, she lived previously in Bernardsville, Oldwick and ClintonTownship.

She graduated from Good Counsel High School in Newark and worked many years for the Gulf Oil Co. in Port Newark, and Beneficial Management Corporation in Morristown.

Daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Thompson, she was predeceased by her husband, David P. Anderson, Sr., her sister, Mildred Commerford, and brother, Joseph Thompson.

She is survived by her daughter and care giver, Barbara E. Anderson, her son, David P. Anderson, Jr. and his wife, Dotty; her granddaughter, Amy Anderson MacFadyen, her husband, Rob MacFadyen and her great grandson, Cole Anderson MacFadyen.

Funeral services will be private.
