Obituary of George Beyer Landon

George Beyer Landon, age 96, died Thursday, June 14, 2018 at home with his family by his side.

George was born and grew up in Stanton, NJ. He was the son of the late Charles and Phoebe Landon. George had lived in Glen Gardner for over 50 years.  When he was young he worked on the family farm.  He was a truck driver by trade in the family business, Landon Brothers Excavating in Stanton, NJ

He loved the game of baseball and played in several leagues. He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter.

Besides his parents, George was predeceased by his wife, Alice Landon and his siblings. 

George will be buried next to his wife in the Newell Cemetery, Stanton.
