Leonard is remembered as a fellow with a good nature from our days at NHRHS. While many of us moved to other areas do to many factors, that in most cases centered around employment opportunities. Leonard is one that remained in the area and gave back to the community. My dad was also a fireman and part of the founding group for the Quakertown Company. Attending various holiday parades with the bright red engines was always a joy. In spite of the changes it is always a joy to return to the area where generations before us settled and instilled the solid values we gained. The spirit we had attending HS can not be replaced. God bless Leonard and his family. Best Wishes

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Mr.Nash. I had the pleasure of meeting Jane and Leonard just a few years back. I’m sure all that know him will agree its men like Leonard that define the saying , “they don’t make them like that anymore”. Solid, hard working, family man, that I am honored to have been able to spend some time with. Rest In Peace my friend, you will be missed by many.

We remember stopping at Buz’s brother Tom’s house in VA. with Jewel, Jason, Lenny, Jane, Marge and Dan and another family. We went out on his crab boat into the Chesapeake Bay. Tom was our tour guide for the day giving us the history of cannonballs in the James River and about crabbing. Great day. From Camp Carr to NASCAR to Myrtle Beach so many memories of a great man.
Our thoughts and prayers to the family at this difficult time. We love and will miss you Leonard
