Obituary of Carol A Henning

Carol A Henning, age 80 of Basking Ridge, died peacefully at Sunrise of Basking Ridge on Tuesday, April 30, 2019.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Jean (Lloyd) Prior.

Carol was a long-time resident of Hightstown, NJ before moving to Basking Ridge over seven years ago.

She was a past member of St. David's Episcopal Church in Cranbury and had volunteered with the Historical Society in Hightstown as well as being a member of the Hightstown Woman's Club. Carol loved the beach, was a voracious reader and cherished spending time with her precious grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph in 2010.

Carol is survived by her son, Paul and his wife, Caryn of Summit; her two daughters, Lisa Roberts and her husband, Scott of Lebanon and Leslie Henning of Allentown, PA; her two sisters, Barbara Bulter of Queens, NY and Kim Granzow of Middletown, NY and by her 9 grandchildren, Lindsay, Carter, Sarah, Joseph, Caroline, Benjamin, Aylor, Cassidy and Leah.

A memorial service will be celebrated on Monday, May 13, 2019 at  11:00AM at the Lamington Presbyterian Church, 355 Lamington Road, Bedminster, NJ 07921.
