Deanna was a key advisor to our firm, Vestar Capital Partners, over two decades in her capacity as Partner of Deloitte M&A. Deanna was an insightful and tireless partner to us on dozens of acquisitions and portfolio companies who we could always count on to give us unbiased, well-researched counsel. Above all, Deanna was a good, thoughtful person.
