Obituary of Deanna M Dudzinski

Deanna M. Dudzinski, 71, of Bonita Springs, FL, passed away peacefully at her home on January 9, 2023. She was born on August 23, 1951 to the late Walter and Catherine (Czar) Dudzinski, in New York City, NY.   

Deanna was raised in Kenilworth, NJ where she attended David Brearley Regional High School. Deanna was a cheerleader and newspaper editor at Brearley, where she ultimately graduated as class Valedictorian. Deanna continued cheerleading during her undergraduate studies at Cornell University, where she also joined a sorority and continued to excel in her studies. After receiving her degree in Psychology, Deanna’s love of education led her onwards to pursue a masters degree in Early Childhood Education at Penn State University. Deanna took a break from education to work for the Foundation of Childhood Development for a year and a half, before pressing onwards into an MBA at Farleigh Dickinson University. After graduating, Deanna passed the CPA exam with flying colors, scoring in the top 1% of her cohort. Finally finished with classes, Deanna next devoted herself to a long and successful career at Deloitte. She retired from Deloitte as a Senior Partner of Mergers and Acquisitions in 2013. Deanna moved to Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs, Florida, where she spent many happy years in retirement with her two beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Missy and Tucker.  

Deanna is survived by her brothers, Walter (Leslie) Dudzinski and Edward (Denise) Dudzinski; nieces and nephews, Jennifer Dudzinski, Natasha (Jesse) Collinski, Nicole (Charles) Kast, Jessica (Michael) Mills, Brian Dudzinski and Matthew Dudzinski; and 9 great nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, Annandale, NJ on Saturday, January 21^st at 10am.

Interment will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
