I am so sorry to hear of your loss, I didn't know Debbie very long, just the time she worked at Merck, but we had a lot of things in common. I enjoyed going to the cafeteria a speaking with her.

I was not fortunate to know Debbie long enough. But I was fortunate to know how great she was in such a short time. She LOVED Songbird by Barbara Streisand. She LOVED her kids and always spoke about them. She loved her family. She taught me how to cook and how to garden. I will miss her for the rest of my life.

I was Dana's nanny and watched her grow for the year Debbie was pregnant with Johnny and in and out of the hospital. Deb was an incredible mom, and a loving friend. I will never forget her incredible hugs, and her encouragement of me-at 17 yrs. old to be what I wanted and not what other people desired. I regret not keeping in better contact with her, but I will always have the fondest memories of my time spent with her. All my love to Dana, Johnny, and her dad and sis. You were her life.

YOU
You may not think that the world needs you,
But it does.
For you are unique,
Like no other that has ever been before,
Or will come after.
No one can speak with your voice,
Express feelings with your words,
Say your peace,
Smile your smile
Duplicate the sound of your laughter,
Or shine your light.
No one can take your place,
For it is yours alone to fill.
If you are not there to shine your light,
Who knows how many others will lose their way,
As they try to pass by your empty place
in the darkness.

Dear Dana and John,
Your mother was the first to welcome us to the new neighborhood with a lovely basket of homemade cookies. That kindness meant so much to us. She was a loving and concerned mother and her first thoughts were always for her children.
With respect and sympathy,

Debbie and I were best friends way back in Whitehouse School. I had my 10th birthday party at Mr. Ambrose's Howard Johnson's on Route 22 in Somerville. We picked Debbie up on the way and she was so excited for me to be turning 10 (she was the expert on being 10 already!). Always ahead of her time, she gave me a soap maker! We overlapped at J&J for awhile. I will always remember Debbie as a beautiful girl & great dancer, who was always smiling & laughing - and as the girl who had the biggest plans for her life. Let's all remember her as the bright eyed, beautiful person that she is.

Dear Mr. Ramalho and Family:
Mr. Ramalho I do not know if you remeber me but I worked with Debbie in customer service at Ortho Diagnostics in Raritan in the late 80's.
Besides being co-workers Debbie and I developed a friendship.
We had many good times at her house and out on the town.
I remember how excited Debbie was when she got her mercedes.
I loved cruising in it with her.
We had many fun times and we shared alot of laughs, sometimes until our bellies ached.
Debbie invited me to her wedding in which I attended and she was a beautiful bride.
Debbie was there for me as I went through a very rough relationship and I don't think I would have survived through it without her support and friendship.
When I moved to Colorado for a short period of time I lost touch with Debbie. When I came back I re-connected with her and she was pregnant with John. Unfortunatley life brought us in different directions and we lost touch again.
I will always remember Debbie's bright smile and kind spirit.
I consider myself very fortunate to have had Debbie in part of my life.
I wish you peace and may the "hole in your hearts" be filled with your fond memories of Debbie.
My deepest condolences.
