Pat is 'home' and all who loved her are bereft. It was a long journey during which Pat maintained her dignity, determination and infectious sense of humor. She was a role model to so many other patients she met during so many appointments and treatments. Now, memories are left to sustain her family and friends, but oh, what a void her departure has created. Judie & Joe Novak
