She grew up in Staunton and lived in Union, NJ before moving to Clinton 40 years ago. Pat, as she was known to all her friends, nutured a lifelong passion for both opera and the arts, beginning with her participation in vocal groups, plays, and band in high school. Her greatest joys in life were travelling with her late husband, Don, to faraway countries; frequenting both opera and theater productions in New York City with her circle of friends and spending holidays and special occasions with her family in Massachusetts. Pat became a beloved member of the Clinton community over the past decades, serving in many positions, including long-term Chair of the town's ShadeTree Commission and Co-Chair of the Enviromental Commission along with her husband. One of her fondest projects was her involvement with Hunterdon County's "Golden Talents," an organization that provided an outlet for senior citizens' to both showcase and sell their art and crafts to the public, which Pat ran for many years. While many people collect things throughout life, Pat collected friends. Wherever she travelled; wherever she volunteered; Pat would count each new acquaintance as a friend to be enjoyed and treasured.
