Charlie was always a very special person, friend and neighbor to my family since we moved in in 1968. Unfortunately, my Dad passed a few months prior, but always remember Charlie coming over to 'shoot the breeze.' You will be truly missed. The neighborhood won't be the same. Rest in peace, Charlie.
