It is heartbreaking to learn of Matt and Martin's passing. Growing up in Whitehouse and having another amazing large family at OLL gatherings was heartwarming and filled with laughter. As we celebrated life together, may we find eternal peace in the arms of our Father.
Just learned of your death on face book. I am happy you are at peace now and free of pain. You went through so much but you had a lot of support. I only knew you a short time. I purchased your book on "the Watering Hole" Excellent book. As I told you in the email we live right next door to Maddies and saw a lot of what went on. My husband purchased the house in the 60's and I have lived here since the 80's. Sorry we never got to meet in person. I know you were a good man. I have your book to remember you by and I am forever picking it up and reading it. It put Mine hill on the map!!

I was saddened to hear of the news of Matt's passing. Matt and I had some fun times at Immaculata. We worked on the school newspaper together. I admired Matt's intellect as well as his wry sense of humor. Peace old friend.
