Obituary of Robert John Romash

Robert John Romash, age 77 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington, NJ. Born in Harrisburg, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Veronica Romash. Robert lived 43 years in Hunterdon County, most of that was in Whitehouse Station. He was a truck driver for the Jersey Paper Company in New Brunswick until his retirement, twenty years ago. Robert was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Knights of Columbus, Council 6930. He loved to fish and was an avid racecar and Yankee fan. He was pre-deceased by his older brother, Charles Romash of Hopatcong, NJ. Robert is survived by his daughter, Karina Inglin and her husband, Keith of Milford, NJ, his son, Robert Romash, Jr. and his wife, Nida of Colorado Springs, CO; his brothers, Joseph Romash of Iselin, NJ, James Romash and his wife, Paula of High Bridge, NJ; his sisters, Margaret Romash of Avenel, NJ and Mary Romash of Hillsborough, NJ. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Korey Inglin and his wife, Nicole and Keriann Inglin as well as his former spouse, Dixie Romash of St. Michaels, MD. A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM immediately followed by a service at 2:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ.
