I am so very sorry to learn of Pam's recent struggle with cancer and her sad, premature death and want to express my deepest condolences to her children, her husband, who I also knew, and her entire family. Though not best friends, I knew Pam in high school where she made a deep impression on me through several experiences. She was bright, intensely progressive and mature, talented, energetic, creative and, I always felt, a force to be reckoned with. We were in a production of By the Skin of our Teeth by Oscar Wild in our junior year and, to this day, I remember her cheeky exploration of the character she played: Sabina, maid to the main character, Mr. and Mrs. Antrobus. I can still remember some of her lines. I was in awe of her maturity and comfort oh the stage, in front of people. We also were in Mrs. Nelson's senior English class where, among other things, she helped to initiate us to some of the cultural changes taking place and brought in a record of the soundtrack to Richard Rowntree's film Shaft. Pam was kind, effervescent, friendly and keenly and intellectually challenging. I will always remember her with deep respect, and so regret her passing. My best wishes for her children and family.

Pam was a dear friend whom I met for the first time in the 7th grade! We played flute together and became good friends. She was smart, sweet, beautiful and loved by all. My condolences to my dear classmate, Pete, and the entire family. Prayers for Pam's beautiful soul and that she may rest in peace!

Pete, Trellie, Meecie, Crystal and Billie & Family,
I want to extend my sincerest condolences to you and your family on the passing of your wife, mom mother and sister. I have nothing but fond memories of Pam. She was always funny and full of life and energy. She also talked a lot of smack and always said something that would make my mouth hit the floor. Some of the things she told me are forever etched in my brain, not to be repeated. LOL. I remember hanging out at the house, spending the night, watching/walking the dog. She knew how to make you feel welcome and keep you laughing. Even though I hadn't seen her recently, just know that her memory is forever etched in my mind and heart...her humor, compassion and generosity. May her memory live on in each of you and bring you smiles and comfort in the hard times. Much love to all of you!
