My grandmother was the strongest, most powerful and tenacious woman I’ve ever known. I think about her every day of my life. I didn’t know she was gone. I was waiting to be someone she could be proud of again to reach out. I’m sorry for that because I’ve never even for a moment stopped being proud of her.
I was sad to read of Carol's passing. My condolences to her family and friends. Carol was a wonderful person and a terrific and supportive teacher. Many of my favorite memories from high school come from the three years I was fortunate to be in her class.
